Customer/Patient Satisfaction : recognizes internal and external customers in the organization.The supervisor is familiar with EMRs such as EPIC and uses tools and data to generate meaningful information coupled with critical and strategic thinking to help drive improvement of processes, policies, and workflows. They will lead and directly support a team of patient services representatives and work in collaboration with the imaging center manager, pre-authorization team, technologists, and sonographers on goals and initiatives. The supervisor reports to the imaging center manager and provides operational oversight of day-to-day front office activities to ensure high patient, referrer, and staff satisfaction. ![]() The patient services supervisor understands that their team is the first point of contact for our patients and the importance of creating an efficient and patient-centered experience. We provide a range of outpatient imaging services for patients such as MR, PET/CT, CT, ultrasound, x-ray, fluoroscopy, and several types of procedures. The pay range listed above is base pay this position may be eligible for additional compensation, such as shift differential (applied to all evening and weekend hours). Wage is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status. Compensation: The salary Hourly wage range is $51,396 - $77,105. ![]()
